It has short puff sleeves, two layers of sheer chiffon, a ruffle collar and hem, and ties in the front. It's in excellent condition, labeled "100% nylon". The Bust measures 34" when closed, Waist about 36" when closed, from the top of shoulder to the hem 35". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
